Updated Privacy Policy - GDPR

At CHAIR salons LTD, we've always known how important privacy is to our customers and staff. With new Data Protection laws coming into force on 25th May 2018 we wanted everyone to know that it's important to us too.
Whilst we do hold personal information such as your name, phone number and email address, together with technical information regarding your hair and what has been used on it, we want to assure you that we will never pass on your data to any third party.
Any photographs and video footage, including images of your hair that we may hold of you will only be used as previously agreed and that it was authorised by you on the
understanding that it was for this purpose (i.e. social media posts etc)
Personal information about you such as your e mail address and telephone numbers are held on our secure booking system and this information is not accessible to the
public and only authorised members of staff have access to it.
For legal reasons, if you have undergone a technical treatment with CHAIR salons, we may have to keep your details for a time period of six years.
We may occasionally text you to remind you about your appointment, to let you know about an offer we have for you regarding your hair, or follow up information regarding your most recent or upcoming appointment.
However, we respect the fact that you may not always want this contact from us and if you wish to stop receiving any further information from us, please contact us via our website or contact number, informing us of your decision to opt out of any further communication with CHAIR salons LTD.
