Nominated for INNOVATION of the year

Hello!!! =)
I'm just going to dive right into this one because i'm so proud of the salon and what we're achieving at the moment!
So i was recently nominated for an award, the first one of this year. But today, i unexpectedly found out that i had made finalist status for INNOVATION of the year at the British Hairdressing Business awards. This is all because of out #PatchTestParty!
I just wanted to give you an insight into why we came up with the idea for throwing patch test parties... Its all because we want to make sure that we are ensuring our clients safety is at the forefront of what we do. People forget that what we do can be dangerous if the right procedures aren't followed. We are working with chemicals after all, so the last thing we want is for our clients to have a reaction or something go wrong!
As well as that, we want to inspire other hairdressers to do the same thing! We want to inspire our industry and hopefully make a change for the better! And that's why this award for CHAIRsalons is so important!
As a salon, its our first official award nomination, so both me and Joel as well as the occasional helpers (My mum and sister) are super excited for the awards ceremony taking place at the end of September in London!
