RETURN FROM COVID-19

Hello everyone!

We hope you're all staying well and safe at the moment!

We have been busy over the past few weeks, working out a plan for when we return, and we wanted to share this plan with you so you lovely clients will know what we will be doing, offering and what will be expected of you when you come in for your appointment.

PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT THIS IS A PRECAUTIONARY NOTICE. THESE CHANGES MAY ALTER AS WE MOVE CLOSER TO REOPENING.


P R O T E C T I O N

At the moment, there are no specific guidelines for PPE, distancing etc for when the hair and beauty sector return to work. So, we have taken it upon ourselves to ensure we have PPE for ourselves as well as basic PPE for our clients. Each client will be required to wear a face mask, disposable towel, gloves, and of course, the standard gown. You will also be asked to use hand sanitiser provided. As it currently stands, we will only be doing 1 client at a time to keep up with current social distancing measures.

B O O K I N G S

So when we come to reopen, we will be working our way back from the bookings made on March 24th to the present day. Once all of these bookings have been taken care of, we will then open up our bookings for everyone else. This is the fairest way we can think of doing it. A 60+ day may also be introduced, depending on the demand.

S E R V I C E S

We will be offering LIMITED SERVICES ONLY! Services that generally take longer than 2-3 hours will be postponed until further notice. These limited services will include:

Hair cutting - All lengths
Conditioning treatments
Partial colour
Root colour
All over colour
Half head highlights and toner
Half head highlights with root colour
Vivid colour
Partial balayage/ombre

A SKIN TEST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL COLOUR CLIENTS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL BE ARRANGED WITH YOU BEFORE WE RETURN.


This will be reviewed closer to the return, just to ensure we can create beautiful hair with both your and our safety as a priority!

C O S T I N G

As far as we are aware, our prices will stay the same as they are on our websites. Every client will, however, be required to support the cost of the PPE provided. This will likely be a £5 charge.

D E P O S I T S

As appointments will be very limited, a deposit may be required. This will be taken when we re-skin test you for your colour service. Again, this will be reviewed closer to the return.

For clients who have already paid deposits for large colour services, you will either be offered a refund, or you can wait until we are offering large services again, or can use it against one of the limited services.

E X P E C T A T I O N S

We all need to work together to ensure that we don't encourage a second wave of this horrendous infection. With that in mind, we will ask the following of all of our clients:

Arrive with dry, clean hair.
Please, do not bring anybody inside the salon as we will be working on a 1 in 1 out system.
Please keep your jacket/coat and bags with you at all times.
Please bring a reusable cup if you can.
Please bring your own reading material if you can.
Please respect our temporary rules.


I just want to thank all of you for being so patient and waiting to get in with the team. Even if you've had a little home mishap, we will do our very best to ensure you leave with hair you're 100% happy with. We miss you all so much and we really can't wait to get our hands on your hair again!
